WALKING GURU STRIDES OUT AT LA MANGA CLUB

Updated: December 28, 2011, 15:15

Leading diet and movement specialist Joanna Hall is expanding her range of popular body improving Walkactive events with the launch of her first overseas retreat at La Manga Club, Spain, in October.

Hall, who was previously ITV’s This Morning resident fitness and diet expert and has written 14 books including three top-ten best-sellers, has personally designed the new camp with the aim of streamlining the body, increasing fitness levels, taking inches off the midriff and achieving instant improvement in posture.

A combination of inspiring educational seminars on nutrition and motivational practical sessions, using Hall’s highly effective Walkactive technique, provide an action-packed, re-energizing five days to help participants re-connect with their bodies.

The Walkactive camp adds further depth to La Manga Club’s 2011 range of Love Life guest experiences and will run from October 6-10, making full use of the fantastic facilities and surroundings at the five-star resort.

Hall, who was described by the Daily Telegraph as the most influential woman in fitness, aims to help all guests achieve their personal goals and will help them select the combination of sessions most suitable to provide the balance they need, ensuring maximum benefit from the exclusive break.

Activities will consist of a variety of disciplines including sunrise training walks, woodland walk time trials, daily body-booster posture sessions, optimum nutrition strategy seminars, midriff management workouts and technique workshops with video feedback – all overseen by Hall and her team.
